Testimonials

hear from some of our DTS Rising Stars and Industry leaders!

As a DTS Masterclass Speaker it was important to me that I connected with the next generation of music industry leaders. Without qualified crew, the live music industry doesn’t exist. They are the future Sound Designers, Tour Directors, Lighting Programmers and so many more positions, that will continue to keep the live music industry alive. I want to give a round of applause to Noelle Scaggs for founding this monumental non for profit. As a Sound Designer I am proud to stand together with an Artist to make sure the live music industry has more diversity and inclusion. We can do it if we all work together!
— ~ Brandon Blackwell, Audio Engineer - DTS Masterclass Speaker 2022
Diversify the Stage is an incredible organization to be involved with. Our music industry is in need of more diversity, especially in behind the scenes roles, and DTS has fantastic programs to help bridge the gap for individuals who are in need of the resources and relationships it takes to work in the music business.
— ~Marissa Smith, Agent UTA - 2022 Mentor
I genuinely love the program Diversify the Stage has presented! It is very rare for such a space to exist, highly focused on knowledge, networking, and personal growth, all whilst taking up minimal time out of our busy lives. The moderators exhibit a genuine care for you on an individual level, and help to bring out the most in you. Joining, to me, was an amazing decision.
— -Joshua-Paul Williams- DTS 2022 Rising Star
I enjoyed the opportunity to be part of the C3 Brand Partnership & Sponsorship Team at the When We Were Young Festival thanks to DTS! I had a great educational experience and gained many connections. I felt included and everyone was accommodating, they were ready to answer all of my questions. It was one of those jobs that felt like you were getting paid to have fun.
